Prevail LLC was conceived and made a reality by founders Craig Nelson and Steve Watts, professional colleagues and friends, who share a strong passion for
outside-the-box risk management solutions, building meaningful, trust-based relationships with people, and strategically guiding the senior leaders of respected organizations to risk management success.
With a combined 50+ years of experience in senior leadership positions at some of the largest and most respected corporations and insurance brokerage/consulting firms in the world, Craig and Steve have gained a unique understanding of the risk management strategies and solutions proven to help companies get the most out of their risk management function. Puzzled by and incredulous at the lack of innovation, insight, and customized solutions being offered, they decided to create the means to provide forward thinking companies and their senior leaders with the keys to risk management success they have been missing. Prevail helps senior leaders (often the CFO) more confidently oversee the risk management function in their organizations to assure it is achieving optimal results, lowering total cost of risk, and making a meaningful contribution to the company’s profitability and competitive advantage.
